Khadija benguenna ,journaliste algérienne, une femme de convictions qui a du style. Elle intègre Al Jazeera en 1997 et devient l’une des plus grandes figures du paysage audiovisuel arabe.

Après avoir travaillé pour la radio et la télévision algériennes, elle s’installe à Berne et intègre la Radio Suisse Internationale pour enfin rejoindre El Jazeera. Elle affirme « être fière d’être le produit d’une industrie locale algérienne », et insiste sur l’importance du rôle de la femme dans les médias.

Cette femme allie avec distinction professionnalisme et féminité, en couvrant des évènements historiques et cruciaux dans l’histoire de l’humanité, tout en arborant un voile raffiné et toujours en parfait accord avec ses tenues.

Une femme professionnelle, spirituelle et tellement féminine. Pas question de faire d’elle un alibi, elle est journaliste un point c’est tout. D’ailleurs, elle n’a plus à faire ses preuves. Ses compétences journalistiques ont été primées, et elle continue à susciter la fascination du public

UAE designer, Amal Murad wanted to make the traditional abaya in line with the latest fashion trends, by making it wide and decorating it with different colours. The new collection displayed during Dubai Fashion Week, represented an example of the Gulf abaya with several cuts and materials ranging from chiffon to silk which Amal managed to use in an intelligent way. Murad brought together the winter styles,represented by coats and winter jackets, and incorporated them in the abaya using striped black and red fabrics and protruding embroidery, making it look like military suits. In her collection which comprises 27 abayas, Amal Murad escaped the narrow abaya, and opted for the “Butterfly” cut to have varied open cuts from right to left and vice versa, focusing on intermingling between materials.
